About Us
Our Mission
Louisiana School Resource Officer Association is an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of training officers and individuals in order to make our school environment one of successful and productive learning. This type of learning can only take place in safe and secure school communities. LASRO will be utilized as a means of communication throughout the state and as a resource of information that will be vital to school resource officers and school communities.
LASRO Executive Director: Bobby Robinson
Bobby Robinson has 35 years of law enforcement experience in Louisiana. He has aided in creating curricula for SROs as well as for the D.A.R.E. program. Bobby organized, supervised and instructed in basic and advanced SRO training from 2010-2019. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and NIMS trained (National Incident Management System), Bobby desires to invest in the future by lending his expertise to ensure the safety and security of Louisiana school communities.
