Our 5th annual Louisiana Safe School Conference will be held on June 24th - 26th, 2025, in Westlake, LA at Horseshoe Lake Charles. We hope to see you there!

Registration Information
Early Bird Registration is $275.00 and will be valid through April 15, 2025. Beginning on April 16, 2025, the registration fee will be $375.00. In order to lock in your early bird rate, payment must be received with your registration by April 15, 2025.
On-site registration the day of the conference will be $400.00.

A limited block of rooms will be reserved at the Horseshoe Lake Charles in Westlake, LA at the discounted rate of $107.00*/night plus tax and resort fee.
