Registration Information
Early Bird Registration is $350.00 and will be valid through March 31, 2026. Beginning on April 1, 2026, the registration fee will be $400.00, until June 19, 2026. In order to lock in your early bird rate, payment must be received with your registration by March 31, 2026.
On-site registration the day of the conference will be $450.00.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to all card payments.

A limited block of rooms will be reserved. We will update with the details as soon as they become available!
VENDORS
If you would like to rent a 10 x 10 vendor booth space at the rate of $700 (3% added for all card transactions), please complete the vendor registration below. If you have any questions, please contact us at 337-540-8308 or via email: info@lasro.org. We encourage our attendees to visit booths by offering a vendor bingo drawing upon completion of visiting all booths. Vendors are also welcome to hold drawings of their own for conference attendees.
